- 15 oz chickpeas, drained (save 1/4 cup of liquids)
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Meluka Australia's Native Wildflower Raw Honey
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- In a blender, combine chickpea, tahini, olive oil, lemon juice, honey, salt, and 3 tablespoons of the reserved chickpea liquids.
- Blend on high speed until light and creamy
- Serve with pita, crackers, or veggies!
