Tasty Lemon Bliss Balls

Looking for a healthier snack that's easy to whip up? We love @elleshungry's tasty Lemon Bliss Balls, it's the perfect little treat to satisfy those mid-afternoon cravings!

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups raw cashews⁠
  • 1 cup shredded coconut⁠
  • Zest from 1 lemon⁠
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice⁠
  • 1/4 cup of Meluka Australia's Native Wildflower Raw Honey
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil (melted)⁠
  • 1/4 tsp ground turmeric
  • 1 scoop protein powder (optional)⁠

Method:⁠

Add all ingredients to food processor and pulse until combined⁠ Transfer to bowl, cover & refrigerate for at least 1 hour.⁠ Roll into balls. Sprinkle or roll the balls in shredded coconut or poppy seeds. Store in the fridge, covered for up to 1 week. Freeze to store for longer and leave in the fridge to defrost before eating.
