For parcels where ‘authority to leave has been selected’, either by the purchaser or where assigned by the carrier, we cannot be held responsible for any undelivered items. For undelivered items that are returned to us due to reasons outside of our control (e.g. address changes, inability to receive the order and other causes), and that are required to be redelivered, we will charge a $10 admin/processing fee and the cost of reshipping the order.

If you need to return products as a part of your refund, our customer service team will be in contact about the process. Subject to the nature of the issue, your item needs to be unused and in the same condition of receipt, in the original packaging without breaking the tamper evident seal. In the instance of damaged or faulty products, our customer service team may request for images to help us look into the issue. To complete your return, please provide us with your order number.
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you on the outcome of your return. If you are approved for a refund, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded unless damaged or faulty.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us.
If your item was received as a gift, you’ll receive a gift credit to the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If you need to return products, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
